Sourdough Skills Course (8 weeks, 1.5-2 hours per session)
Baking is all about getting your hands in the dough, working clean and being organised. It also requires a deep level of understanding of your environment as it’s presented to you, day after day after day. This course will help guide you through all the necessary skills and knowledge over 8 weeks. From the first week onwards you will repeat the same skills but across the course you will develop these new motorskills and really hone your ability as a baker. Each session you’ll shape and preshape a table full of dough with Ciarán’s guidance. You’ll also take home your best dough to pop in the fridge and bake at your leisure, over the coming 1, 2 or 3 days.
