All Day Baking (8 hours)
An all day sourdough class baking at the pace you would at home. Sourdough has lots of downtime so during this class the group will breakout to cook a breakfast and then a lunch together, as well as plenty of times for a Q&A and discussions on all the best practices, equipment and a guide to helping you contort the sourdough process around your lifestyle, whether you’re 9-5, working shifts, retired or leading some absurd life like Ciarán does, it’s all just about controlling the potential of your dough, and Ciarán can help you understand that fully in this class. Definitely come hungry and thirsty for this one!
